The Doubletree Hilton is centrally located, close to a subway stop (Saint Patrick’s), making it easy to get around the city from Union Station. There are several restaurants nearby, as well as one in the hotel itself that is very good. The staff is excellent, always asking if there’s anything you need, and bringing it promptly when you do need something. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a fridge and coffee maker in each room. You have a choice of daily cleaning, every other day, or on the third day, so as to be eco friendly. Everything in the room worked, and the TV was easy to use and good- sized. The hotel has a pool and a gym, which is really nice. We definitely enjoyed our stay in Toronto.

The hotel is in a great location, central and close to the city hall. The staff were very helpful and friendly on entering the hotel and gave us all cookies on arrival which were warm and delicious. The suite we booked was very spacious and perfect for a family with adult teenagers. The pool and gym facilities were good. We didn't have breakfast, but the kitchenette meant we were able to cook a meal and have breakfast in the suite. There were plenty of lifts which meant we never had to wait long, essential as we were on the 16th floor.

Hotel is in an excellent location if you are visiting Toronto for the first time and want to hit the major touristic attractions. Most of them are within walking distance or easily accessible by public transit. The service is courteous and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was fairly comfortable.

The location is great, the staff goes above and beyond, I asked for a last minute surprise for my wife for Mother's day and they got us a plate of chocolate strawberries and macarons when they did the room and she found it when we arrived back at the hotel after a long day of visiting, which was a great surprise and made her really happy. Everything was clean and they gave us extra bottles of water and towels when we requested them.

Very clean, comfortable beds, l slept very well. The bathroom is very clean .love that the shower, Jell shampoo, and conditioner were easy to get to so much more convenient. Great idea. Absolutely front desk staff. So accommodating and friendly. I forgot my phone charger, and the lovely young lady let me borrow one. I wish I had gotten her name. It was Saturday evening, around 9:30-10:00 pm.on June 7th. 2025. I was so very grateful for her doing so. Also the cleaning staff were extremely pleasant to talk to.

Mesha at the front desk and Jay the concierge are AMAZING!!! They seriously are extraordinary go beyond expectations and are super helpful, the hotel is so well located with so many shopping and dining options. The room is also beautiful, organized, and with a small but nice view, the breakfast is really good and the people at the restaurant is super kind. A massive shout out because I explained that I was there for a wedding and needed an early check in and they were able to fulfill my request, I will definitely be staying there again!

We've stayed at the Double Tree many times over any years. Tim on the front desk was great. $5.00 for a coffee is a bit much. $400 for the night? We stayed because of the proximity to an event in T.O. and it is the closest so we could park and walk. I don't get why rooms are so expensive when the place is at least half empty. They should bring back last minute deals dropping the price by 50% for the night ahead at around noon on the day of.

THIS HOTEL IS HOME AWAY FROM HOME! WE ALWAYS ENJOY OUR STAY IN THIS CITY CENTER HOTEL. FROM OUR ARRIVAL ALL FRONT OFFICE BUT ESPECIALLY TIM O BRIEN EVERY TIME WE ARRIVE REMEBERS OUR NEEDS AND MAKES AN EFFORT TO PLEASE US TO THE MAXIMUM, OUR GUEST ATTENDANT ANJANI GREETING US EVERY DAY WITH HER CARE AND EXCELLENT DAILY ROOM CARE, BUT ITS AMAZING THAT ALL PERSONELL OF DIFFERENT DEPARTMEMENTS ALWAYS ASKED US HOW IS OUR STAY AND IF WE NEED SOMETHING, WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD OUR NEXT VISIT SOON! The location was incredibly convenient—right next to Little Canada, where there’s a great mix of cultures and delicious food all around. A nice shopping mall is just a 5-minute walk away, and most other attractions are easily reachable within a short and affordable Uber or Lyft ride (usually under 10 minutes). The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming.
